Location: Brookfield
Salary: Up to 21K – 27K Take Home
Transport: One-way cab available (Two-way chargeable)
Qualification: PUC and above
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days off
Shift: Rotational UK Shift

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries through phone, chat, or email.
Address customer concerns and resolve them efficiently.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Work with internal teams to enhance the support process.
Requirements:
PUC or higher qualification.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
