Job Description 1: Customer Support Executive
Location: Brookfield
Salary: Up to 21K – 27K Take Home
Transport: One-way cab available (Two-way chargeable)
Qualification: PUC and above
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days off
Shift: Rotational UK Shift

Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
Communicate professionally via phone, email, or chat.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
Document customer interactions and follow up when required.
Work with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of PUC or higher.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a rotational UK shift.
Prior customer service experience is a plus.
