Job Description 1: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Bellandur
Salary: Up to 42K Take Home
Transport: Not specified
Qualification: PUC and above
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days off
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Experience: Minimum 1 year in AR Calling

Responsibilities:
Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims.
Identify and resolve claim denials to ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate documentation of all claim interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve claim resolution processes.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare policies and regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
