Job Description 4: AR Caller – US Healthcare Process
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Salary:

₹4.5 LPA for 1-2 Years of Experience
₹6 LPA for 3 Years of Experience
Up to ₹38,000 Take Home (Based on Experience)
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in AR Calling
Education: PUC and Above
Age Limit: Maximum 37 Years
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Transport: Two-Way Paid Cab Available
Job Role:

Call insurance providers to resolve pending claims.
Analyze denied claims and appeal when necessary.
Work with clients to improve collections and reduce revenue loss.
Accurately record and update payment information in the system.
Meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
Knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle management is a plus.
