Job Description 3: AR Caller – Healthcare Collections
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Salary:

₹4.5 LPA for 1-2 Years of Experience
₹6 LPA for 3 Years of Experience
Up to ₹38,000 Take Home (Based on Experience)
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in AR Calling
Education: PUC and Above
Age Limit: Maximum 37 Years
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Transport: Two-Way Paid Cab Available
Responsibilities:

Review and follow up on unpaid medical claims.
Communicate with insurance providers for claim resolution.
Identify reasons for claim denials and work on corrective actions.
Ensure accurate documentation of account activities.
Achieve monthly collection targets and reduce outstanding balances.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in healthcare collections is preferred.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle high call volumes.
Strong understanding of medical billing terminologies.
