Job Description 2: AR Caller – Medical Billing Process
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Salary:

₹4.5 LPA for 1-2 Years of Experience
₹6 LPA for 3 Years of Experience
Up to ₹38,000 Take Home (Based on Experience)
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in AR Calling
Education: PUC and Above
Age Limit: Maximum 37 Years
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Transport: Two-Way Paid Cab Available
Job Responsibilities:

Handle accounts receivable for healthcare clients.
Follow up with insurance companies for claim payments.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and denials.
Document interactions and maintain accurate reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:

At least 6 months of AR calling experience.
Excellent command of the English language.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
