Job Description 1: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Koramangala
Salary: Up to 38K Take Home
Transport: Two-way cabs available (Paid)
Qualification: PUC and above
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days off
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Experience: Minimum 6 months in AR Calling

Responsibilities:
Contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
Investigate claim denials and resolve billing issues.
Ensure timely collections and maintain proper documentation.
Work with internal teams to address claim discrepancies.
Adhere to company policies and US healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience in AR calling.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work in US rotational shifts.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
