Job Description 4: AR Caller (US Medical Billing Process)
Job Title: AR Caller (US Medical Billing)
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Work Days: 5 days a week, 2 days off
Salary: Up to ₹42,000 Take Home
Qualification: PUC and above
Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounts receivable or medical billing

Job Responsibilities:

Contact insurance providers to follow up on outstanding claims
Investigate and resolve denials, underpayments, and other claim issues
Ensure accurate documentation of interactions and status updates
Maintain productivity targets and call handling metrics
Work with internal teams to ensure claim resolutions and timely payments
Requirements:

Prior experience in AR calling or US medical billing
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of medical terminology and billing systems
Ability to handle pressure and meet daily targets
Attention to detail and data accuracy
