Job Description 3: AR Caller (US Healthcare Claims Specialist)
Job Title: AR Caller (Healthcare Claims)
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Work Days: 5 days a week, 2 days off
Salary: Up to ₹42,000 Take Home
Qualification: PUC and above
Experience: Minimum 1 year in AR calling or medical billing

Job Responsibilities:

Work with insurance companies to verify claim status and process approvals
Investigate claim denials and initiate appeals
Maintain accurate records of follow-up calls and claim resolutions
Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries
Requirements:

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of US healthcare processes and revenue cycle management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in claim management and billing software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
