Job Description 1: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable – Entry Level)
Job Title: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Work Days: 5 days a week, 2 days off
Salary: Up to ₹42,000 Take Home
Qualification: PUC and above
Experience: Minimum 1 year in AR calling or medical billing

Job Responsibilities:

Contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims
Investigate and resolve claim denials and payment discrepancies
Ensure timely and accurate collections and cash posting
Document all interactions and follow up on pending claims
Work closely with the billing and coding team to resolve issues
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling or revenue cycle management
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Knowledge of US healthcare processes and medical billing
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and call logging tools
