Job Description 4: AR Caller (US Medical Billing Process)
Job Title: AR Caller (US Medical Billing)
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Work Days: 5 days a week, 2 days off
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 Take Home
Qualification: PUC and above
Experience: Minimum 6 months in accounts receivable or medical billing
Transport: Two-way paid cabs available

Job Responsibilities:

Call insurance providers to verify claim status and resolve pending payments
Document all interactions and updates in the system
Identify and escalate unresolved claims for further action
Maintain accuracy in data entry and follow-up scheduling
Collaborate with internal teams for claim resolution
Requirements:

Prior experience in AR calling or US medical billing preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of medical terminology and billing systems
Ability to handle pressure and achieve daily targets
