Job Description 3: AR Caller (Healthcare Claims Specialist)
Job Title: AR Caller (Healthcare Claims)
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Work Days: 5 days a week, 2 days off
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 Take Home
Qualification: PUC and above
Experience: Minimum 6 months in AR calling or medical billing
Transport: Two-way paid cabs available

Job Responsibilities:

Work with insurance companies to get claim approvals
Investigate claim denials and work towards timely resolution
Maintain detailed records of follow-up calls and claims status
Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related queries
Requirements:

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of US healthcare processes and revenue cycle management
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve monthly targets
Proficiency in using claim management and billing software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
