Job Description 2: AR Caller (Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable)
Job Title: AR Caller (Senior Executive)
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Work Days: 5 days a week, 2 days off
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 Take Home
Qualification: PUC and above
Experience: Minimum 6 months in AR calling, with strong domain knowledge
Transport: Two-way paid cabs available

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up with insurance providers to resolve unpaid claims
Research and analyze claim denials and work towards resolution
Handle escalations and complex claim cases
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Prepare reports on collections and follow-up status
Requirements:

Strong understanding of accounts receivable and medical billing
Experience in handling US healthcare claims and denials
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet performance goals
