Job Description 1: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable – Entry Level)
Job Title: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Work Days: 5 days a week, 2 days off
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 Take Home
Qualification: PUC and above
Experience: Minimum 6 months in AR Calling or a similar role
Transport: Two-way paid cabs available

Job Responsibilities:

Contact insurance companies to follow up on pending claims
Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections
Ensure timely collections and cash posting
Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups
Work closely with the billing and coding team to resolve discrepancies
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in AR calling or revenue cycle management
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Knowledge of US healthcare processes is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and call logging tools
