Job Description 5: AR Caller (Revenue Cycle Management – RCM Process)
Job Title: AR Caller (RCM Process)
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Work Days: 5 days a week, 2 days off
Salary: Up to ₹42,000 Take Home
Qualification: PUC and above
Experience: Minimum 1 year in AR calling or revenue cycle management

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely claim payments
Identify and resolve claim discrepancies and underpayments
Work on claim denials, appeals, and resubmissions
Maintain productivity targets and performance benchmarks
Ensure compliance with US healthcare laws and company policies
Requirements:

Good understanding of US healthcare claims and RCM processes
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with claim processing software and reporting tools
Ability to multitask and manage claim-related inquiries efficiently
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
