Job Description 2: AR Caller – US Healthcare Process
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹48,000 Take Home (Based on Experience)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in AR Calling
Education: PUC and Above
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off

Roles & Responsibilities:

Follow up with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims.
Identify claim denials and take necessary actions for resolution.
Work on revenue cycle management to ensure efficient collections.
Document all interactions and maintain claim status reports.
Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in AR calling.
Strong command of the English language.
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
Comfortable working in a fixed night shift.
