Job Description 3: Medical Billing – AR Caller
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary: Up to ₹48,000 (Take Home)
Qualification: PUC and above
Work Location: Bellandur
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days off
Shift: Fixed Night Shift

Job Responsibilities:

Call insurance companies to follow up on pending medical claims
Research and resolve claim denials and underpayments
Work on appeals and rejections as per the payer’s guidelines
Communicate effectively to ensure claim resolution and payments
Maintain records of calls, actions taken, and next steps
