Role: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Bellandur
Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Salary: Up to ₹42,000 Take Home
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in AR Calling
Qualification: PUC and Above

Key Responsibilities:

Contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
Resolve claim denials and discrepancies efficiently.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate documentation.
Work closely with the billing team to streamline claim processes.
Meet individual and team targets for collections and resolution.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fixed night shift.
