Role: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Koramangala
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 Take Home
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in AR Calling
Qualification: PUC and Above
Transport: Two-Way Cabs Available (Paid)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding payments.
Identify reasons for claim denials and initiate resolution.
Document and update accounts with detailed call notes.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Work towards achieving team and individual targets.
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in accounts receivable calling.
Exceptional communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Basic knowledge of healthcare billing processes is an advantage.
