Role: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Koramangala
Shift: US Rotational Shift
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working, 2 Days Off
Salary: Up to ₹38,000 Take Home
Experience: Minimum 6 Months in AR Calling
Qualification: PUC and Above
Transport: Two-Way Cabs Available (Paid)

Key Responsibilities:

Contact insurance providers and follow up on unpaid claims.
Investigate and resolve claim denials.
Ensure timely payments by addressing account discrepancies.
Update call records and maintain documentation.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet revenue targets.
Requirements:

At least 6 months of experience in AR calling.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with medical billing and coding is preferred.
