Job Opportunity: US Voice Process (Insurance)

Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, near Brookefield
⏰ Shift Details:
We offer three fixed US shifts:
Shift 1: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Shift 2: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Shift 3: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
???? Work Schedule:
Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Week Offs: Fixed Saturdays and Sunday
???? Salary Structure:
For Candidates with 0 – 17 Months of Experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 TH
For Candidates with 18+ Months of Experience: Up to ₹30,000 TH
Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500
???? Transportation Benefits:
Candidates living near the metro are required to travel one way by metro (reimbursement provided) and will have free cab service for the return trip.
For candidates who are not near the metro, round-trip cab services will be provided.
???? Interview Process:
Candidates will undergo three rounds of interviews to assess their suitability for the role.
???? Requirements:
1. Education: Graduates only (No BE, B.Tech, or Master’s candidates)
2. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication is a must
3. Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role is required
