Job Description

We are hiring for the US Voice Process (Insurance) at our office located near Brookefield, Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area. The position offers fixed shifts, with timings from 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM, 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, and 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM, from Monday to Friday. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are fixed off. The salary ranges from ₹20k-₹22k for 0-17 months of experience, and up to ₹30k for those with 18+ months of experience, along with variable pay of up to ₹5,500. For transportation, candidates near the metro will receive reimbursement for the one-way metro journey and a free cab for the return, while others will be provided with two-way cab services. The role requires graduates (excluding BE, BTech, and Master’s degree holders) with excellent English communication skills and prior experience in the field.
