Job Description

We are hiring for a US voice process role in insurance, located at Graphite India main road, near Brookefield. The position involves fixed US shifts (5:30 pm – 2:30 am, 6:30 pm – 3:30 am, and 8:30 pm – 5:30 am) with a Monday to Friday schedule and weekends off. Salary ranges from ₹20k-₹22k (0-17 months experience) to up to ₹30k (18+ months experience), with additional variable pay up to ₹5,500. Cab services are provided: candidates near metro stations get one-way metro reimbursement and a free return cab; others receive two-way cab service.
