Job Description

Position: Technical Call Center Specialist
Location: Kothanur
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
Cab Service: Two-way facility provided within a 12 KM radius
Compensation: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 CTC
Primary Responsibilities:
Address and resolve inbound support inquiries and customer complaints
Work closely with technical teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
Oversee part orders and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in call center or customer service roles
Strong knowledge and experience with CRM systems
