???? Position Available: Technical Call Center Specialist ????
???? Location: Kothanur
???? Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday through Friday
???? Transport: Two-way cab service within a 12 KM radius
???? Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC
???? Main Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
Work alongside technical teams to address and solve issues
Oversee part orders and ensure customer satisfaction with services
???? Qualifications Needed:
1-3 years’ experience in call center or customer service roles
Proficiency with CRM systems
