🌟 Position Available: Technical Call Center Specialist 🌟
📍 Location: Kothanur
🕒 Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday through Friday
🚖 Transport: Two-way cab service within a 12 KM radius
💸 Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC
🔹 Main Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
Work alongside technical teams to address and solve issues
Oversee part orders and ensure customer satisfaction with services
🔸 Qualifications Needed:
1-3 years’ experience in call center or customer service roles
Proficiency with CRM systems
