π Job Opening: Technical Call Center Specialist π
π Location: Kothanur
π Shift: 6:30 PM β 3:30 AM, Monday β Friday
π Cab Facility: Pick-up and drop within 12 KM
πΈ Salary: βΉ35,000 – βΉ40,000 CTC
πΉ Role Overview:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers by handling inbound inquiries and complaints
Partner with technical support teams to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues
Oversee order processing, ensuring timely dispatch and order accuracy
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions for continuous service improvement
πΈ Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service setting
Strong CRM skills and ability to navigate customer records
