📢 Job Opportunity: Technical Call Center Specialist!
Location: 📍 Kothanur
Shift Timing: 🌙 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday to Friday
Cab Facility: 🚖 Both pick-up and drop-off within 12 KM radius
Salary Range: 💰 ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC
🔹 Role Highlights:
Provide expert assistance with inbound support and promptly address customer concerns
Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues effectively
Oversee parts orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction
🔸 Requirements to Apply:
1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
Skilled in using CRM systems
