Shift Timing: ???? 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday to Friday
Cab Facility: ???? Both pick-up and drop-off within 12 KM radius
Salary Range: ???? ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC
???? Role Highlights:
Provide expert assistance with inbound support and promptly address customer concerns
Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues effectively
Oversee parts orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction
???? Requirements to Apply:
1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
Skilled in using CRM systems
