Job Description

NJ Technologies is currently hiring for the position of Technical Call Center Specialist at its Kothanur location. The role involves working a night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with the convenience of a two-way cab facility provided for employees residing within a 12 km radius. The offered salary ranges between ₹35,000 and ₹40,000 CTC.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound customer support requests and complaints, collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues, and overseeing part orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates are expected to have 1-3 years of experience in call center or customer service roles and be proficient in using CRM systems.
