🌏 Hiring: International Team Leader – Mortgage Process
Position: Team Leader (International Mortgage Process)
Location: Bellandur
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Experience: 2-3 years of verified experience as a Team Leader
Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
Cab Facility: 2-way transportation provided
Work Schedule: 5 working days per week, with 2 days off
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a team working on international mortgage processes
Achieve KPIs and ensure the team operates efficiently
Offer coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team performance
Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations
