🌏 Job Opportunity: International Team Leader – Mortgage Process
Position: Team Leader (International Mortgage Process)
Location: Bellandur
Qualification: Degree holder
Experience: 2-3 years in a Team Leader role (verified on paper)
Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
Transportation: 2-way cab facility available
Work Schedule: 5 working days per week, with 2 days off
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team handling international clients’ mortgage processes
Monitor and ensure team performance meets KPIs
Provide regular coaching and feedback for team development
Collaborate with other departments for efficient workflow and smooth operations
