Job Description

We are excited to announce a job opening for the Medical Insurance Voice Process. This position is suitable for freshers, including both graduates and undergraduates. The annual salary for this role is ₹2.35 LPA, with a monthly take-home pay of ₹21,631. The work location is at Ecity, specifically in Chamundi Towers, and the shifts are during the US nighttime hours on a rotational basis. Employees will work five days a week, with Saturdays and Sundays off, and will be provided with a 2-way cab service within an 18-20 km radius.

The interview process consists of four rounds: an initial screening with an HR recruiter, a SVAR test requiring a minimum score of 60, a Voice & Accent evaluation, and a final operations round.
