Join our team as a customer support representative in the Medical Insurance – Voice Process, where you’ll assist clients with their medical insurance queries and claims. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills looking to start or advance their career in customer service.

Compensation:
💼 Annual CTC: ₹2.35 LPA
💸 Monthly Take-Home Pay: ₹21,631
Location & Work Details:
📍 Location: Ecity (Chamundi Towers)
🌙 Shift Timing: US Shift (Night rotational)
📅 Work Days: 5 days a week (Fixed off on Saturday & Sunday)
🚖 Transportation: Two-way cab service within an 18-20km radius
Interview Process:
