Experience: 2-3 years of documented experience as a Team Leader in a similar role
Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
Transportation: 2-way cab facility provided
Work Days: 5-day work week, with 2 days off
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to manage a dynamic team working on international mortgage processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving team performance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Team Management: Oversee a team that handles end-to-end mortgage processing for global clients
Operational Efficiency: Monitor performance and productivity to meet key business metrics (KPIs)
Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement
Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the mortgage process
Problem Solving: Address escalations and resolve issues swiftly to ensure client satisfaction
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and process improvements
