Job Opportunity: International Team Leader – Mortgage Process
Role: Team Leader (International Mortgage Process)
Location: Bellandur
Qualification: Degree
Experience: 2-3 years of verifiable experience as a Team Leader
Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
Transportation: 2-way cab service available
Work Schedule: 5 working days per week, with 2 days off
Key Duties:
Oversee and guide a team managing mortgage processes for international clients
Ensure team performance is aligned with KPIs and productivity targets
Provide consistent feedback and training to enhance team output
Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure seamless workflow
