???? Qualifications:
Candidates should be Undergraduates or Graduates.
Open to Freshers as well as Experienced individuals with strong communication skills.
???? Work Schedule:
24×7 rotational shifts with two days off each week.
???? Location: Electronic City
???? Transportation:
Two-way cab service available for distances up to 30 kilometers.
???? There is a cab charge of ₹1,000 for both male and female employees.
???? Salary Structure:
???? Freshers: CTC of ₹3 LPA
In-Hand During Training: ₹18,000 to ₹19,000
In-Hand After Training: ₹21,000
???? 1 to 2 Years of Experience: CTC of ₹4 LPA
In-Hand During Training: ₹26,000
In-Hand After Training: ₹29,000
???? Over 2 Years of Experience: CTC of ₹4.5 LPA
In-Hand During Training: ₹29,000
In-Hand After Training: ₹33,000
????️ Interview Process:
The selection process includes HR, Operations, and a Versant assessment (scoring out of 60).
