Our operations run 24×7 with rotational shifts and two days off each week.
Location: Electronic City
🚖 Transportation:
Enjoy a convenient two-way cab service for commutes within a 30 km radius.
Note: There’s a cab deduction of ₹1,000 for both male and female employees.
💰 Compensation Package:
🌱 Freshers:
CTC: ₹3 LPA
In-Hand Salary During Training: ₹18,000 to ₹19,000
In-Hand Salary Post Training: ₹21,000
🔍 Candidates with 1 to 2 Years Experience:
CTC: ₹4 LPA
In-Hand Salary During Training: ₹26,000
In-Hand Salary Post Training: ₹29,000
🌟 Candidates with 2+ Years Experience:
CTC: ₹4.5 LPA
In-Hand Salary During Training: ₹29,000
In-Hand Salary Post Training: ₹33,000
🗣️ Interview Process:
Expect to go through multiple rounds, including HR, Operations, and a Versant test (scored out of 60).
