Job Description

Tech Mahindra is Hiring: Customer Support Executive
Role: Customer Support Executive
Process: E-Commerce International Voice Support
Eligibility Requirements:
Candidates must be either undergraduates or graduates
Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates with strong communication skills
Shift Details:
24×7 rotational shifts with 2 rotational days off
Work Location: Electronic City
Transportation:
Two-way cab service provided for up to 30 km
Cab charge: ₹1,000 per month for both male and female employees
Compensation Package:
1. Freshers:
Total CTC: ₹3 LPA
During Training: ₹18,000 to ₹19,000 (net pay)
Post Training: ₹21,000 (net pay)
2. 1 to 2 Years of Experience:
Total CTC: ₹4 LPA
During Training: ₹26,000 (net pay)
Post Training: ₹29,000 (net pay)
3. 2+ Years of Experience:
Total CTC: ₹4.5 LPA
During Training: ₹29,000 (net pay)
Post Training: ₹33,000 (net pay)
Interview Process:
The hiring process includes three rounds:
HR Interview
Operations Round
Versant Test (minimum score: 60 required)
