Tech Mahindra Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive
Role: Customer Support Executive
Process: E-Commerce International Voice
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Open to both undergraduates and graduates
Candidates: Freshers and experienced individuals with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
Shift and Location:
Shift Timings: 24×7 rotational shifts with 2 rotational days off per week
Work Location: Electronic City
Transportation:
Two-way cab facility available within a 30 km radius
Deduction: ₹1,000 per month for availing the cab service (applicable for both male and female employees)
Compensation Structure:
1. Freshers:
CTC: ₹3 LPA
During Training: ₹18,000 to ₹19,000 (take-home salary)
Post Training: ₹21,000 (take-home salary)
2. Candidates with 1 to 2 Years of Experience:
CTC: ₹4 LPA
During Training: ₹26,000 (take-home salary)
Post Training: ₹29,000 (take-home salary)
3. Candidates with 2+ Years of Experience:
CTC: ₹4.5 LPA
During Training: ₹29,000 (take-home salary)
Post Training: ₹33,000 (take-home salary)
Interview Process:
The selection process includes three rounds:
HR Round
Operations Round
Versant Test (Minimum Score: 60)
