Job Description

Globiva is currently hiring for the position of Customer Support Associate (CSA) at our Marathahalli location in Bengaluru. We are looking for candidates with a minimum educational qualification of PUC and above, along with at least 6 months of experience in a customer service role. The position offers a salary of ₹35,000 CTC (with a take-home pay of ₹30,000) and operates during the day shift, providing a balanced work schedule. Applicants should be below 30 years of age to qualify.

As a CSA, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through effective communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution, and achieving performance targets.

The selection process comprises four stages: an initial HR interview, followed by an Operations round, an Assessment, and a final Client round.
