Tech Mahindra Hiring – Customer Support Executive (E-Commerce International Voice)
📌 Job Requirements:
Role: Handle customer support for an e-commerce international voice process.
Eligibility: Open to undergraduates/graduates, freshers, or experienced candidates with strong communication skills.
⏰ Shift & Location
24×7 rotational shifts with two days off
Location: Electronic City, Bengaluru
Cab: Two-way up to 30 km (₹1,000 deduction for both males and females)
💼 Salary
Freshers: ₹3 LPA
Training: ₹18-19k
Post-Training: ₹21k in hand
1-2 Years Exp: ₹4 LPA
Training: ₹26k
Post-Training: ₹29k in hand
2+ Years Exp: ₹4.5 LPA
Training: ₹29k
Post-Training: ₹33k in hand
