Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Support Executives for its E-Commerce International Voice process. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates with excellent communication skills and requires a minimum qualification of undergraduate or graduate. The position operates on a 24×7 rotational shift basis with two rotational offs, located in Electronic City, and offers a two-way cab facility within 30 km, with a ₹1,000 deduction.

Compensation varies by experience: Freshers earn a CTC of ₹3 LPA (₹18,000-₹19,000 during training and ₹21,000 post-training); candidates with 1-2 years’ experience earn ₹4 LPA (₹26,000 in training, ₹29,000 post-training); those with 2+ years earn ₹4.5 LPA (₹29,000 in training, ₹33,000 post-training).
