Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Support Executives for their e-commerce international voice process. Candidates must be undergraduates or graduates, with opportunities available for both freshers and those with experience who possess excellent communication skills. The role involves working 24×7 rotational shifts with two days off per week, based in Electronic City, Bengaluru, with a two-way cab facility provided within a 30 km range (with a ₹1,000 deduction).

Salaries range based on experience: Freshers start at ₹3 LPA (₹18k-₹19k in training, ₹21k post-training), 1-2 years of experience at ₹4 LPA (₹26k in training, ₹29k post-training), and 2+ years at ₹4.5 LPA (₹29k in training, ₹33k post-training).
