Work Details:
Shift: 24×7 rotational shifts with two rotational days off
Location: Electronic City
Cab Service: Two-way transportation provided within a 30 km radius
Cab Fee: ₹1,000 per month, applicable to both male and female employees
Compensation Package:
For Freshers:
CTC: ₹3 LPA
During Training: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 (take-home)
After Training: ₹21,000
For Candidates with 1-2 Years of Experience:
CTC: ₹4 LPA
During Training: ₹26,000 (take-home)
After Training: ₹29,000 (take-home)
For Candidates with 2+ Years of Experience:
CTC: ₹4.5 LPA
During Training: ₹29,000 (take-home)
After Training: ₹33,000 (take-home)
Selection Process:
Involves three rounds: HR, Operations, and Versant (60)
