Tech Mahindra is Hiring: Customer Support Executive – E-Commerce International Voice Process
Position Overview:
Tech Mahindra is looking for dedicated Customer Support Executives to handle international voice support for our e-commerce clients. This role involves assisting global customers with their queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Hiring Criteria:
Education: Open to both undergraduates and graduates.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Must have excellent communication skills to handle international calls professionally.
Work Schedule
Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts with two rotational days off.
Location: Electronic City.
Cab Facility: Two-way cab service provided within a 30 km radius.
Cab Deduction: ₹1,000 per month for both male and female employees.
Salary Structure:
Freshers:
CTC: ₹3 LPA
During Training: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 (in-hand)
Post Training: ₹21,000 (in-hand)
1-2 Years of Experience:
CTC: ₹4 LPA
During Training: ₹26,000 (in-hand)
Post Training: ₹29,000 (in-hand)
2+ Years of Experience:
CTC: ₹4.5 LPA
During Training: ₹29,000 (in-hand)
Post Training: ₹33,000 (in-hand)
Interview Process:
The selection process includes three rounds: HR, Operations, and Versant (60).
