Work Details:
Shift: 24×7 rotational shifts with two rotational days off.
Location: Electronic City.
Transportation: Two-way cab facility available within a 30 km range.
Cab Deduction: ₹1,000 monthly for both male and female employees.
Compensation:
For Freshers:
CTC: ₹3 LPA
In-Training Salary: ₹18,000-₹19,000 (in hand)
Post-Training Salary: ₹21,000 (in hand)
For 1-2 Years of Experience:
CTC: ₹4 LPA
In-Training Salary: ₹26,000 (in hand)
Post-Training Salary: ₹29,000 (in hand)
For 2+ Years of Experience:
CTC: ₹4.5 LPA
In-Training Salary: ₹29,000 (in hand)
Post-Training Salary: ₹33,000 (in hand)
Interview Process: Includes HR, Operations, and Versant (60) rounds.
