🚖 Cab Facility: Two-way transportation (within 12 KMS)
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 CTC

We are looking for an experienced International Credit Collection Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices and minimizing account delinquencies. Your expertise will help maintain positive customer relationships while managing collections efficiently.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
📞 Contact clients to follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
📊 Analyze customer accounts to identify issues and implement solutions
📑 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and payment delays
📈 Generate reports on collection activities and outstanding balances
✅ Requirements:
🗓️ 3-5 years of experience in credit collection or accounts receivable
💻 Strong proficiency in CRM and ERP software
🗣️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
🔍 Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
