Job Opportunity: International Credit Collection Specialist
📍 Location: Kothanur
⏰ Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
🚖 Transportation: Complimentary cab service available (within 12 KMS)
💰 Compensation: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 CTC
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled International Credit Collection Specialist to manage and recover outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overcoming payment obstacles and keeping accurate records in our CRM system.
Primary Duties:
Oversee the collection of overdue accounts
Address and resolve payment issues while maintaining comprehensive CRM documentation
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in credit collection
Strong familiarity with CRM and ERP software
