Job Description

NJ Technologies is hiring for Broadband Customer Support (Chat Process) with positions open for both freshers and those with at least 6 months of experience in international chat support. The role operates on a UK shift, five days a week with two rotational offs, and is based in Brookfield, Bangalore. Take-home salary is ₹21,000 for freshers and up to ₹23,000 for experienced candidates. Cab facilities are provided, with a deduction of ₹2,750 for both ways for men and ₹1,375 for one-way transport for women. The interview process includes an HR round, assessment, and an operations round, conducted Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 12 PM at Hennur and Koramangala.
