We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Broadband Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers via chat, resolving inquiries related to broadband services, and providing exceptional customer service. You will handle customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience for our users.
???? Shift: UK Shift
???? Working Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational off
???? Location: Brookfield, Bangalore
???? Salary:
???? Freshers: ₹21k take home
???? Experienced: Up to ₹23k take home (minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat Process required)
???? Cab Facility:
???? Boys: Cab facility available both ways, with a deduction of ₹2,750
???? Girls: Cab facility available one way, with a deduction of ₹1,375
✅ Eligibility:
Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process
